So I’ve just installed a boost gauge and now the rest of the cluster looks heaps outdated in comparison. I figured making a switch to LEDs in the cluster would help make things a bit nicer (the og bulbs are very dull anyway).

Are there any recommendations for some LED bulbs that would fit into the cluster without any major issues? I’ve done some looking and can’t really find much. I’m also assuming I’d need some with a diffuser to spread the light as well.

Thanks!

Millions available on eBay.  Some are great, some perhaps not so great.  Look for the traders with many many feedbacks and google them.  You will soon pick the good from the bad.

You will not need a diffuser.  Just buy a "kit" to suit exactly your car and it will take you half an hour to do.  Then another half hour to redo the ones you put in back to front.

There was a user on SAU called 666DAN that used to sell good dash LEDs. I bought a pair of him for my R33’s dash and they’re still running fine after all these years.

Not sure if he’s still on here or sells them but perhaps you should PM him.

What colour leds are you thinking of running in the dash? Be mindful of choosing a colour that is subtle to have on at night.

Mind the spastic tacho but got these blue ones off Wish for a few bucks, they don't all seem to work or maybe they just mind which way round they are but they just slot in where your old bulbs come out and there's enough in the pack to do your whole dash twice so just test em before ya go bolting your dash back together [emoji108]IMG_20181005_193732.jpeg1544764611522.jpeg
