Sorry to jump in, I have PM a few people to get info from FAST for my GTR with no reply. Could one on you please run my vin. no. through FAST because I'm sure my car has had a respray and would like to know what colour it was when it came out of the factory. I'm assuming black.

BNR32-003202

KBNR32RXFSL TAA

Also, QM1 ? What colour is that? Where can you get an conversion table?

Thanks.

meshybum - its probably first rego'd in 96 so hence its classified as a 96 model.... it could also have been built during the change over to series 2 where you sometimes get a mix and match.. if your worried then dont bother with it... but if its just cos of the vspec sticker dont be too concerned.. theres plently of ricers who dont know better selling off gtrs as vspecs when they arent

look in the search section on SAU.

Also the car my fren buy has dual airbags. but its a 1996. has series 1 front lip.... series 2 interior.

How is this making sense?

the search button would also answer your question.

But also remember, i aint hard to change a front bar :(

    • Correct, I didn't put GT-R in the same category in this thread, incase I offend anyone. But @GTSBoy  knows my true thoughts on all Nissans.
    • Get more oil pressure sensors. I have 3 purely because trust no-one. It would be worth checking (if not already) if it happens on every shift. Like boring, 2-3 shifts at 60kph making 10kw with no obvious G-force on a shift with mega power. Does it still drop? Does it drop less? What if you shift at 5000rpm or what have you with no load?
    • Unless things that you want to do include reference to time. Simple Boolean logic is only good for digital inputs or analogues that have been thresholded into digitals. But unless you also have a timer function available (which would more ideally be located inside the program, rather than being forced to implement a timer outside the ECU and bring it in as a seperate digital for every time delay you want to implement), then you can't do some of the things that you might want to do. My PLC ladder logics are obviously littered with program blocks, because that's easier than building it all in ladder gates, but the most frequent of those program blocks is a simple timer, because you actually can't otherwise do that in ladder at all.
    • Log voltage. I'm suspecting the alternator. Or even maybe a bad earth somewhere. ie, seeing as it is rev dependent, I am thinking it is alternator dependent.
    • Yeah so N1 and any other larger than factory pump are pretty famous for pumping the sump dry...obviously we don't often get to spend 20 or 30 seconds at high rpm/full noise on the road so I'd still be suspicious that is what is happening here.
