Steering hub kit won’t come off

This is driving me insane

 

i have installed a new boss kit and it won’t f****ng come off

 

i have used wd40 and plus gas on it and have wiggled it for over 1 hour and it doesn’t budge

 

i have no leverage so scared of braking the hub kit as i use the steering wheel to pull it 

 

can’t also get steering puller as there is nothing to bolt it onto

 

any suggestions ?

Make a puller.  Flat plate that will go across the whole hub, 3 or 6 bolts through the steering wheel mounting holes.  Big nut welded in centre.  Long bolt through nut, pushing on the steering shaft.  Crank away until it all breaks.

bought a gear puller so will update what happens

Loosen nut so even with top of threads, grab a large punch and hammer, have someone sit in the car pulling steering wheel while another person gives the shaft a tap (shouldnt need to hit too hard), off comes wheel
