R32 GTR after storage for winter start up issue

From the states, warmed up quite a bit here so I decided to get the car out for the week. 

Started the car and it had a very loud tapping from valve cover towards the front of the car. Shut it off to check things

But Oil pressure is perfect, oil level is perfect and doesn’t leak or burn oil

Ended up pulling the car out and letting it warm up then taking it for a 30 min drive at low RPM. Noise went away in about 10mins of driving. Once fully warmed up a got on it and she pulls strong with out any issues.

After cooling off for most of the day I started it and the noise has not returned. 

Assume I had a stuck lifter?

It's a fair assumption.  They're solid, not hydraulic, so "stuck lifter" has a different meaning.  Stuck hydraulic lifters are not uncommon.  Stuck buckets are a bad sign.
