Oil pan / sump gasket R34 GTT Neo rb25det

Hi

I am wanting to use a gasket for the oil pan rather then gasket glue/goo

On eBay I am seeing gaskets for pan on R33 (RB20?) Very confused.

 

Does anyone know if most RB engines use similar or same oil pan? As to why I am seeing many gaskets includes R33 and R34 etc.

All RWD blocks have the same sump mating flange.

These days, sump gaskets come out of a tube anyway.

The gasket in the Nissan Gasket/Seal kit for RB25's is red goo and it's ridiculously strong.

I know you want a gasket, the gasket that we, and nissan use however is a goo.

Just do it as per Nissan with the sealant. There is Threebond, Loctite and Permatec stuff all for the job. The best stuff is Threebond 1207C reddish brown 320 degree C sealant, and is actually what Nissan repackages as their factory sump sealant. Yes Nissan resells the Threebond as their own.
