Coilovers question: R33 GTR and 34 compatible???

quick question, are the GTR R33 and R34 coilovers the same and compatible?

i came across a set for R33 GTR and wanted to know if i can install on the R34 GTR?

Yes all coilover sets i've seen suit both BNR34 and BCNR33 chassis, what coil overs are you going for?  Easy way to check on the manufacturer's website.

They're the same car at the chassis level.

i saw some used ohlins DFV and cusco zero street on yahoo japan, but web site showed different part numbers for 33 and 34.

That's because the spring rates differ for the different models between 33 and 34, as the 34 is heavier. 33 will have lighter spring rate.
