Strange noise from engine and intermittent stalling

Hi guys I have been trying to do some research into finding out what is happening to my engine. 

A few weeks back the r32 gtr hesitates and feels like it gets starved of fuel to the point where I can barely keep the engine running before it stalls.

 

if I wait a few minutes and start it up it works fine again. The problem has happened after putting my foot down and also from just idling in the garage. It isn’t consistent. 

I have done a fuel pressure check to make sure the fuel pump is still giving me the right amount of fuel.

after it stalls the engine has this strange noise, it comes and goes but I can’t figure out what it is. Has anyone ever heard anything like this ? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have changed the fuel filter air filter and have some replacement Afm on the way.

Scratch this I think it could be timing belt issue. All good thanks all
