Rattle/tinny sounds Nissan gt350 2003

So I’ve got an east west sports muffler at the back and hi flow cats it’s sound late great but i can hear a rattling sound and sometimes sounds tinny. The rattle was there before the exhaust was installed. I have some videos of the exhaust sound because I don’t know if it’s just me or it sounds really cheap. Rattle is probably heat shields around the exhaust manifold, but you'll have to investigate. As for sound, it's subjective but I rather proper mufflers/baffles (heavy) than "straight through" cheap light ones, especially on an N/A
