G'day just bought a stag what would these buttons do? I know the headlight up and down but the left ones ??

I don't know, but I'll take a stab at;
Heated mirrors (extreme left) and rear window demister (left).

Just post in one place - it makes it easier.  As before third from left will be front screen element for freeing iced up wipers.  The extreme left may be heated mirrors - try it out one frosty morning.

Pretty sure the left most button is for the wing mirrors, makes them move when you open the door

Your car has a cold pack, the left button is heated windscreen demister, the far left im not sure. Google m35 cold pack and u may find out.

If your car has a "snow" or "cold" pack you may find wing mirror heaters come on when you turn on the heated rear screen.
