R34 rubber window seal!

Hey guys,

 

So I've had this problem for awhile now and just sort of ignored it and avoided passengers, but, my passenger side rubber is falling off of the little shiny metal plate (kinda a straight lined U shape) that seems like it is meant to hold it on and I've found somewhere to order a new seal i'm just wondering what kind of adhesive is the best to get to keep it on for the foreseeable future?? If anyone has any experience that would be amazing!

Also any advice on whether i should just pay someone to do this or go for it myself would be awesome!
