GTR pumps sit into a plastic baffle/swirl pot type thing that clips into a bracket in the bottom of the tank.

If yours in floating around ,it's prolly vibrating against the bottom .

Umm, just make sure they have a direct line to your bank account.

Actually when you go in there ask them about the red pintara station wagon that ran out a fuel, and then ask them why, if they dont know why, i wouldnt be getting them to 'fix' the problem.
