Would need pics of exactly where it is starting to slide out.  Normally if the wiper blades are in the right way up there is a little catch at the end of the blade that holds into the wiper arm

Use a dob of silastic, slide the metal inserts out a bit and work the silastic in as you go, then push the inserts back in.  Will fix it no probs.  Done right you will barely notice the fix.

Thanks guys. Here are photos of the inner and outer parts.

Just bend the tabs out or stick a cable tie around the end or something to stop it moving... they're simply sliding out.

Bosch AeroTwin or whatever the new models are called.

Measure how long your blades are, then look up part numbers BBA450 for 450mm/45cm. Double check they are J-hook.

About $20 AUD each, lasts years.

Thank you Kindly. So just to confirm, I need new blades, not just the inserts. Correct?

Yes

Quick Bing brought this: http://www.r33gt-r.com/2013/02/another-modern-upgrade-wiper-blades.html

Not hard. Literally lift wiper arm, unhook old wiper, install new wiper.
