Wtf is this coil cover?

Just seen this on a online marketplace. Wondering what that coil cover is. Cant find it on google but im hopeless.

It appears to be stamped with " HKS POWER"

and a little more googling reveals it to be the HKS RB26 V Cam

No, not the cam cover. The coil cover. The badge on the coil cover says "hotwires" It is shaped to go with the V-Cam doodat, but that may just be coincidence, because the oil cap would need the extra clearance too.
