Very weak spark help

Ok so after i rebuilt my engine i realised i have very little spark from all 6 coils. Mind you before the rebuilding i carefully removed them and put them away so it wasn't knocked about. Ecu good igniter good. getting good signals in the harness cas and all good. Its hard to believe all 6 coils would fail at the same time. Any help will be greatly appreciated

There's a common power supply to all of them. how does the 12v supply look when the engine is running?

Check earths, poor igniter earth possibly.
