Hey all, I have a 350gt coupe the brakes are starting to feel like they want some new discs. And it got me thinking...

Do the v36 or 370gt brakes fit my 350gt ?? If so what is involved ?

It would be nice if they do and could maybe find a set somewhere going for cheap off a wrecked car or something, I hate how small the brakes are on the cars !! Also would the brake upgrade be any bigger/better thanks.

Cheers.

Not to sure which model 350GT you have, however you can upgrade to 350z/350GT Brembo brakes super easily.
Cant say ive seen someone do the Akebono's from a 370z/Gt on a 350 when the brembo's are a cheap upgrade.

^^ this, Brembos will be easiest, no doubt the newer Akebonos could be made to fit, but likely be more $$$

Otherwise, if you want to go even cheaper, if you have a Series1, you could fit the standard series 2/3 brakes (larger rotors, twin piston front), they should be available fairly cheap.

AKEBONO can be tossed on these quite easily. concept Z makes a bracket to do it.
as a point of interest these can be thrown on earlier cars with some creativity (I'm in the process of doing it to mine.)
