Stagea PNM35 fan relay hides where?

Hello all,

Stuck in traffic, car was overheating, bubbling into overflow, both fans not working.

I let car cool down in the side of the road and ran a few tests.

With aircon on, no radiator fans spinning. ( should at least 1 be spinning? )

Both radiator fan fuses in the fuse box are fine

I got home, removed radiator fan shroud and fans, bench tested, both fans motors are spinning.

 

I can not for the life of me see any fan relay, there is not one in the fuse box and not one on the radiator shroud.

Is there a relay for the fans?

Is there a temp switch that may have failed?

While driving, the car is fine as long as there is airflow from the front, but with both fans not working, traffic causing issues.
