I cut my muffler  and it sounds good  and feels more quick . But I decided to change full catback,  I got ultraperfomance catback,  but I feel like it's too heavy though I  put it on, it sounds great but feel slower in starting   , does anyone have similar problems with catback exhaust system.

No. Your exhaust must terminate behind the rear bumper.  Check your catback to see if it is the same diameter throughout. Many JDM systems have a 2 1/2 in restriction at some point.
