Fuel problem... Help!

Alright team, finally got the 20det in the 32... but... it seems to have a fuel problem.

There is fuel to the rail, minimal coming from the return tho. There is fuel TO the injectors but the nozzles seem to be dry. The injectors were in the last engine and worked fine, same with the loom. It starts with a bit of brake cleaner down the throat but quickly dies, then won't fire again.

Have moved the earth to result in no change. 

 

Any tips or tricks of what to look for? It's 10pm nz and my brain is mushed ?

You sure the regulator is plumbed the correct way?
