What month/year was this R32 Gtr built?

As the title says I'd like to find out what month / year this R32 was built in. Chassis number from the auction sheet is 005704. I fairly certain it's a 1990 but just want to know the month.

According to FAST, January 90, Model KBNR32RXFSLMZG, colour KH2

But, are you looking at a 15 year old import? There are currently changes underway to the rules and most importers believe the rules will change from 1 January 05, which means you will not be able to import it.

Thanks Duncan. Yep, I'm aware of the pending changes to the rule whatever and whenever they will be.
