Which order to clean the interior?

Hey all,

im planning on cleaning the interior to my car and want some perspective in which order I should clean it.

here is the things I want to clean

- odour and mould eliminator spray (the one you spray into the air vents)

- change the cabin air filter/pollen filter

-steam clean the interior seats carpet and door trims and roof

which is the best order to clean the interior doing these things. thank you

R32 doesn't have a cabin air filter. Waaay too old for that.
