ive installed a few subs. just make sure u put a fuse between the amp and battery. when u turn it on for the first time...

MAKE SURE THE FUSE IS OUT AND DECK TURNED OFF DURING THE WHOLE INSTALLATION!

as a final step put the fuse in and turn the deck on..

ive had a bad experience connecting the whole thing with the fuse in... good bye amp :D

oh yer and make sure u use thick cable if you have a powerful amp otherwise the wire can melt which is really dangerous.

hope that can help:D

just a another tip as well...when you are grounding your amp, make sure the line between the amp and ground is as short as possible. also, the power line which goes to your amp should have a fuse within 30cm from the battery....just some things i have picked up from hanging around a qualified car audio installer

nothing but fluffly white stuff under there, actually come to think of it what happens if i get a puncture??? haha, na ive got a few of those short term tyre weld thingies in my car, havent had to use it yet (touch wood) so i cant really say if it will work or not, heres hoping it will

No probs with the wiring etc... 60 Amp fuse connected about 3" from battery, earthed to battery earth point on car etc...

i like the idea of buildouts from the odd shaped spaces on the sides of the boot. Will attempt the box re-build soon. No time this weekend though!!! WOOHOO!!!

Thanks everyone.
