2003 V35 coupe steering rack leaking from bolt.

Hey guys

So ive been loosing steering fluid and been needing to top up nearly everyday, so i jacked up the car, had a look and cleaned all the oil from under the car to see where the leak was coming from.

Theres fluid dripping from the bolt i arrowed in the picture i attached .

i was gonna get a second hand rack to replace but got told i will run into the same problem in the near future as its a common problem, also got told that u cant just tighten it cause it sets the pressure or bypass for the fluid or something like that.

How do i go about fixing this ?
also cant find any new steering rack in Australia. if there is any, they are like $1,900 .

So is the common problem a ruptured o-ring under it or something?
