R33 s1 1995 not starting clicking from under dash

So I went to start my car and there’s a blue led on my steering coulomb and when it lights up I can’t start the car. Sometimes it happens sometime it doesn’t, when the light is on there is a fast past clicking noise coming from under the dash, I have had a look and it seems to come from a small black box?? Any ideas on how to fix this.

Sounds like an Immobilizer. Take it to an auto sparky and have them remove it for a newer one, or altogether.
