Hi guys, Looking get a bit more out of my GTR currently tuned at 430RWHP.
those are the current mods:
2860-5 turbos,
Apexi power FC,
3 inch exhaust with custom dump,
HKS intercooler,
HKS fuel rail,
HKS 680cc injectors,
Tomei fuel pump,
HKS cam gears,
Adjustable FPR,
OS Giken gear box,
OS Giken twin plate clutch
Nismo 1.5 GT PTO rear diff and more..

Ideally would like to do a single turbo conversion and build the motor but not just yet.
Wanting to hit around the the 400-450RWKW on E85 with a new Haltech Elite 2500.
What mods/upgrades will I need? any other suggestions?

Thanks for your time.
Daniel.

I think it's been pretty well covered but...

Number one is going to be completely rethink your fuel system. You've already got -5 turbos, so get an Elite, run E85 and see what you can get. They'll go pretty to close to your goal on E85. Bosch 1550cc injectors and a Walbro 460lph fuel pump (or two) would be minimum requirements in my opinion over what you've got now.

Also suggest redoing the fuel lines too, as the stock 5/16 hardlines are a massive restriction, no matter what anyone tells you. You can do it, but high pressure and more flow through stock lines is not recommended. AN6 or preferably AN8 lines help a lot with keeping fuel pumps running at lower pressures, and therefore lower current draw. Makes pumps last longer and fuel cooler going bigger, and if you do change lines, change supply AND return lines. Changing lines will also probably mean getting a decent fuel reg that has at least AN6 ports on it too, as it looks like you have one of those Sard/HKS/Nismo Jap equivalent regs in there. No good - they have only have very small ports to match 5/16 lines.

Might also need better coilpacks depending on condition, so be prepared just in case yours pack it in at higher boost levels. Obvious choice is the R35 coil.

Just looked that you're still running AFMs too. Piss them off and get a 3 or 4bar MAP sensor to run on the Elite.

Apart from that though - sort fuel system, have good ignition system, have good engine management,  boost it more and report back in with results.

That said if your long engine is standard, I don't know how keen I'd be to chase over 400rwkw...

Yeah agree with the above.

I changed fuel lines run 1 pump and on 98 with -5's got 445kw at the rears (only rear wheel dyno done that day).

I used speed flow lines and fittings through out.  Cost a bomb but future proofed as i plan on going E85 once i go single turbo one day.

Do it once and do it right.  Plus the bay looks so cool with black braid fuel lines.

If I was only aiming for 400kw the following is what I would be doing for now....
Kebabtech2500/Link G4X plug in
Wideband and ethanol sensors
4 inch exhaust
ID 1300 injectors (Leaves plenty of head room for the future)
Walbro 525 fuel pump (upgrade the wiring, relay and bulkhead connectors too)
-8 teflon braid fuel line
Turbosmart Fuel Reg

and see how that goes as a good base to build from. If doesn't perform how you want can throw on a g35, manifold, 50mm gate, upgrade the intercooler to a plazmaman 100mm and enjoy a 450 to 500kw responsive street car.
