brent provides a top service. It's just customs and postal services are so hopeless. I had trouble with my fmic but brent helped me out with a new reciept etc, even tho he did everything right customs still held the package for some reason (tax i believe). overall i am very happy and all my mod money goes to him now.

what's the go with payment thou.... i went to purchase something... and for us Aussie customers.... how does it work? I was expecting a credit card transaction deal... but its more like putting the cash into their bank.... not being cautious at all.. cause i really wanna buy from him.... just cant follow how it works...

????

Nengun accepts payment by:

1. Telegraphic bank transfer

2. Paypal

3. Deposit to bank account

I normally used Paypal, just create a free account at www.paypal.com and the payment you transferred from your paypal account to his will be charged to your credit card. But normally there's 4% charge from nengun to cover Paypal's transaction fee. Fair enough and not a big problem for small amounts.

At least it's still far easier to do this than doing a telegraphic transfer that will cost a lot of money.

If you're buying very expensive item then 4% may be high and you can transfer to his australian bank account (just ask him). Once it's cleared he'll ship the item to you. We all know how internet banking works.... even if you're in Africa, you can still log on to the net and check your account here. So does nengun.

you beat me by a few secs rb25

anyhow I also use direct deposit for my last purchase (FMIC). The payment cleared instantly (apparently we happened to use the same bank) and my FMIC arrived within 2 weeks which is because it has to be made by order first from the factory. Otherwise EMS shipping normally takes around 5 business days if there's no delay in postal service.

yeah so how does he know its u with the direct deposit... there is a bank account on their.. u can pay into.... so like.. if my bill is $100.. i put 100 in his bank.... but how does he know its from me.. and relates to my order etc...?

Brent knows its you because

a) the amount matches your order

B) you can write a message when you do a bank deposit ie. on internet banking just put message: Denton order 337.

I have ordered a PFC through brent in Feb04 and it came straight to the door within a week, and I have just ordered a hand controller & nismo fuel reg hopeing they will arrive soon too!

  • 2 weeks later...

im sorry to say but this is the second time my mate has had to wait for his order

first was the roll cage i mentioned earlier now its taken 3 and a half weeks to get his pfc and hc and it hasnt come yet. ppl are saying how good his delivery is withing a week yet he's been stuffed around twice now. maybe its just badluck

Bretto..

I don't know will this help;

I order some parts from nengun and greenline during Aug/Jul and that was cover 2 weeks of public holiday (1 week of ghost festival and other week for something)..and this might cos delay..also apexi might run into short stock..

Well, being that it was me that started this thread,I'd just like to say a big "Thanks!" to everyone who has posted so far...Aside from one or two customers(can't seem to keep everyone happy in any form of retail...),it's all good.So my GT2530's are ordered, paid for and I'm watching the EMS tracking number like a pimp watches his favorite...uhh...like a Hawk is what Im getting at!Dealing with Brent @ Nengun was soooo easy;gotta recommend Nengun to anyone that'll listen! They'll being scoring more of my hard-earned before my 'Line is near completion!!

    • Reasonably hard, although I haven't run it with the new Endless setup yet. The old brakes were F50's on 335mm rotors and the car did a 1:40.6 at Phillip Island which is a reasonable time, I'm seeing high 600s on the temperature paint. A guy I know ran the Endless fluid at WTAC without issues and he was doing 1:33's I think (Evo) with a 355/332 setup. I don't get out to the track as much as I'd like but we put the car on the hoist and spanner check every bolt and re-paint mark everything, bleed the brakes, change the fuel, check the coolant system and re-bleed blah blah blah before every event. Motorsport is expensive, RB's are expensive so a couple of hours before an event is time well spent. It's also a net time saving because if you can keep your RB from self destructing it saves you time in the long term!
    • Welcome Alice......hope you have a bit more luck from here on! What was done in the build?
    • Hello! I'm new here, I have an R33 GTST that is currently being finished up! Last year was pretty rough, blew two stock turbos so I decided to build the car. Has been down since November, but I get it back next weekend!
    • Hello, I believe my car was imported to America in the 2000s by Kaizo Industries. Would anyone be able to help me find more info on them? I've only found all the basic stuff like that paul walker bnr34, them being shutdown by feds, just stuff like that. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
    • I am using Motec M150.  I am not working on the car myself actually.  My workshop is giving all these info, they are quite reputable in the industry and are very familiar with Motec and RBs and have done a few big setups with VCam and single turbo on RBs.  In fact, they built and tuned my engine from day one.  But they are stumped with my engine at the moment and cannot work out how come the compression is so low with the VCam. They told me that they have now swapped in some Kelford cams (without the VCam) and can achieve around 130psi compression and the low end torque is better, but now the engine is doughy as.  It boosts and peaks at more than 1000rpm slower, with twin HKS GTIII RS, it doesn't get full boost until over 5000rpm. I have always thought the VCam was a bit disappointing at the low rpm. To a point I had to ride the clutch a fair bit to get up a small hill from stand still.  That was when I had a clutch.  Now changing to a 8HP, I don't have that luxury and this problem has become a major issue. I am beginning to think the VCam never work since the day it was installed.  Maybe it was just sitting at the most advanced point, that is why it went good at top end but very ordinary at the bottom.  Therefore, with the help of the Holinger 6 speed and paddle shift, as long as it was moving, it drove pretty good.
