For BMW you can go to real oem and it gives you breakdown of all parts and item numbers even sometime include washer and spring , that is how detailed it is

Your best option is download a copy of Nissan FAST. Some of the vendors such as Nengun also have the FAST diagrams with corresponding part numbers on their websites

I do have fast installed and use it when I'm looking up a few things or checking things out, but with the way it works you need the "CDs" of the models you are interested in. If that is always the same car, no problems but it is a hassle if you are looking at a range of model years
