I always wondered what people will do or did already, if they had or have to replace the brake lines. Ive never seen such as an oem part somewhere and I also do not know what lines / material you could use instead of the genuine ones?

One or two of my lines are a bit corroded, and I start to ask myself, hows it gonna be in the future.

So please guys, share some light :)

Google said, I should use "rigid" to describe the stiff lines, not the flexible brake lines / hoses at the wheels themself

"Hard lines" - any brake place should be able to make up what you need. Get the right size steel line, bend to make the same contours, put on the end fittings then double flare the tube.

You can either source parts from a wreck, or if necessary have them made up. Making hard lines does require specialist tools and knowledge but not rocket science

They shouldn't really be rusting unless you car has spent some time underwater at some stage, or on very salty roads. Do you have other rust underneath?

I've had the rear lines replaced through a local shop. East Coast Customs in brissy.

Definitely recommend taking care of that. I didn't notice until it was too late, 1/2 way into a sedate hill drive and cradled it home with very limited brakes😆.

From memory it was around the $400ish range i think.

They had it done and finished same day.
