RB20 not making boost / refusing to pass 3k rpm

Hi i have an RB20 and have recently replaced my turbo gaskets and swapped from stock to braided lines as my stock ones had splits in them. I put the new oil/water feed kit in last Friday and the car was running fine that night and yesterday (Saturday). Today i was driving the car home from a shop and when i went to put my foot down it didn't wanna go  past 3000 rpm and stuttered then cut out while making a whooshing sound from the turbo side of the car when i would change gear or let off after building very small boost as i couldn't boost hard at all. Im not sure if this is due to the wet weather iv had the past 2 days or if something's blown or what. iv checked all my valves and boost lines and intake pipes, etc and it all looks to be perfectly fine. Some suggestions would be appreciated as i dont know what to do 😅😅.
