New radiator fan options for 2005 v35 skyline

Went drifting last night and quickly found out my 15 year old radiator fans weren't up to the task. The one on the drivers side would spin very slowly not doing anything. 

What options do I have for radiator fans, can I just replace the electric motors on them or is there a better upgrade option?

No idea how the V35 fans work but normally one is for aircon and turns on when the pressure/temp/whatever gets too high (to blow additional air through the condensor when stopped in traffic).

Perhaps start with a full radiator/block flush and fresh coolant?
