Rb25de na 1996 running Rich please help

So I am not sure why my rb25de is running so Rich I have a R33 GTS 4 speed and I have noticed it is so weak last few weeks and the fuel gauge literally gose down if I go in the 3 to 5 K rpm I am not Sure what to do as I have already put in new maf and new O2 sensor please help

Always check for any fault codes (ECU and TCM if it has one) before just replacing parts.....could have been a complete waste of money.   That money may have been better invested in a Consult cable and software like this (or similar):

Could be a huge vacuum leak. Need more info.
