Issues with my r33 skyline

Hi guys need a huge help from you guys identify a issue with my skyline r33 series My issue is My spark plug keeps getting fouled and starts to misfire and idle shit 

When I change the plugs it works for couple of hours then same thing again

Just put new standard block and engine 

Any help will be appreciated

Jesus dude that's running extremely rich, stop running it and tow it to a tuners asap.
