Rear quarter panels screw holes?

Recently been going through on a R32 GTR that I bought and I found these under the rear side skirts. 

There's a new surprise around ever corner with this car and this is just another one. (buy as stock as possible kids) 

 

Anyone know what could have gone here? And are these holes repairable? 

Long shot I know but I obviously hate having 6 holes on each side of my car and I don't really wanna keep side skirts on.

Well, what do you think went on? Someone screwed on some spats.

And of course they're repairable. Just take it to a panel shop and get it fixed.

I mean, if the japs can repair qtr panels using old HKS oil tins laying around the shop, I don't see why these little holes couldn't be repaired ..

I figured out it was the Rocket Bunny rear diffuser.

Super obvious when you look at the holes it uses to mount to the sides. 

I had never seen it until today so I didn't even think about it haha

 

Talking to the body shop I'm going to re-spray the car at about fixing it
