Whining noise changing from 1st 2nd and 3rd

Hey guys I have a 98 R34 25gt Manual

when I give it some in 1st 2nd and 3rd there is a loud whining noise that is bothering me. I’m not sure what’s going on but it’s really annoying. If anyone can give me some ideas of what is going on would be much appreciated cheers.

Input shaft bearing if the whining follows engine RPM and it's coming from the transmission.
