How do I touch up the grill cheaply?

I’m considering buying a small paint brush and some black paint from cheap as chips and touching up the grill. Does this sound reasonable or is there a better (but still cheap) way?

Buy new grill

Spray paint stripper. Work to remove paint. Prime it properly. Then spray paint it properly. The money paid to a proper paint shop to do it is going to be worth it if your DIY tendencies trend towards using a brush to paint it!!!

Buy a new Nismo grill for $3,000 USD instead

I'd hit it with plasti-dip as it's easier/lazier way of doing it. Also be careful not to break any mounting bits as the plastic will be old and fragile.

I'd avoid brushes as it leaves streak marks. rattle can should do the job. i recommend matte over gloss as it retains a low sheen for much longer.
