What fuel?

Hi im looking for a fuel i can run my car on, something a little better than 98octane stuff, not interetsed in avgas as its getting harder to get and there are serious fines for using it on the street. Elf turbomax is a litte expensive so a price range of maximun $2.5 a litre i will say atm, what are you people running?

bp98 + 15-20% Toluene. Toluene can be picked up for 45-50 per 20L drum.

Clint there is a Southern Cross on OG road, near NE road that sells pump 100ron for around 1.35 a litre (then again, that was a few months ago).

Yer OG speed shop have it on pump ....but yer $1.35 per Lt, or go the toluene like dean said....

cool thanks people, the tolulene is one possibility but looking for others, dont mind spending a bit but the $5/litre for Elf LMS is a little heigh

Its actually sold as parts cleaner / fuel system cleaner. Im sure you can get it from the servo? They might be able to get it bulk...we use 20 Lt drums of it at work....hrmmm....j/k

you can buy tolulene from the BP supplier in Port Adeliade, just ring them first. I enquired with the local BP a while back, they referred me to their supplier:)
