NSW Skyline buying help

i found ,in the trading post, a sale of a grey R34 out at Kellyville. it reads

Nissan Skyline R34 GT, silver, 5 speed, mint condition, must be seen, $29990.

was wondering has anyone investigated this car or know the owner??? just so i can get some kinda idea bout the car before i go. Becoz it is very cheap so i thinkin prolly high kilos

Is it 4 door??? coz dont like the look of them but the non turbo i guess is good for insurance, however it is a coupe?
