I have an R31 with a vl rb30 instead of the Nissan

I'm wondering what turbo I should get? I would be going for garret but iv been told to get either the T3 or the T03..

I'm not sure on which one to get and what the actual difference is.. any advice would be appreciated

Not looking for heaps of power want to do the car up, drive it on the weekends and when I feel like having a bit of fun.

Any advice would be appreciated as well if you send could some links of any turbos or even photos of your set ups that would be good cheers

You have been told basically nothing.

Get a gtx3076 . But don't. Figure out heaps more stuff first, including rhat questions matter and what answer you are looking for.

Specifying your budget and desires is pretty important, you may have noticed some rb30 turbos run 15 second quarter miles and some run 7s.

That's why I'm asking questions so I can get an answer....

Like I said it's not meant to be a drag car

Even abit more power then the factory vl turbo or the same..

So what's your opinion on which turbo to get then @Ben C34

He told you to get a GTX3076. Your choice then is between a genuine Garret one (which is $$) or a knockoff, which is cheap, and cheerful enough for an old datto.

He also told you that choosing the turbo is only one of many decisions you need to make. Fuel system, management, intercooling, gearbox strength, diff, brakes..... all of these things come before the actual power making device (when the car has none of them to start with).
