stock series 1 R33 GTST coupe not blowing off right at redline, hard shifting

What do you do about a r33 skyline turbo not blowing off correctly at redline?

And a AFTERMARKET blow off valve sounds like its guna explode the engine when shifting above 4000 at all so I'm back to bone stock. 

The gear shifter itself feels stiff sometimes, and it worked cleanly before adjusting the master a thousand times.

So the whole turbo should blow off at redline?

 

Why are you expecting the stock bov to make a sound?

By the way,  the gear shifter itself is metal, therefore quite stiff all the time
