33 GTR bonnet lip

Hi everyone 

I re-sprayed my car last year very disappointing experience, ended up taking the car out of there before last cleaning.

Anyway the lip is missing all the clips and has lot of glue from the first install .

Couldn’t find the hardware anywhere 

Question is can it just be glued or needs clips/screws/bolts and glue?

Was probably just Sikaflexed on there.

So you think sikaflex is enough?

That's how the aftermarket solid ones are held on.

No glue holds on the genuine 33 one which has about 5 studs that go right through the factory drilled bonnet.

Was your bonnet originally drilled ?

Car has been in tuners shop for 14 months after the re-spray (seen it twice)no evidence from the top and not sure about underneath.

was thinking of screwing couple of studs and sikaflex it when I get it back.
