What's the current thinking re the GTR stock twin turbo water and oil lines?

I've read that the stock metal lines are superior to braided lines but is that stiil the case now that better quality items are available?

I've also read that bending the lines to remove turbos will result in them being more likely to fracture in the future.

I'd appreciate any thoughts.

Thanks

They're definitely the most reliable option but they look aids so GTFO my car!

Each to their own but it tidies everything up getting rid of them in my opinion. It does mean having to think through your routing and securing of AN lines to keep it looking tidy though.

I just posted up a thread about my AN turbo water feed melting in a high mount setup. Metal lines will never have that issue

Factory lines are excellent and well routed, but you should source new ones instead or re-using old if possible.  In particular, the oil feed to the rear turbo does a couple of loops to keep the same length as the front line, and any type of crud in there greatly increases the likelihood of rear turbo failure
