RB25DET NEO timing Belt kit question

But here it says it doesn't fit a Neo motor but it also says it fit 98-2002 Skyline RB engines which i think is mostly Neo

my question is, can Neo 25 Turbo use this kit and water pump?

Timing belt is the same, water pump differs on a neo by the one smaller bolt hole if I'm not mistaken.
