30/25 misfiring on 2 cylinders

HI, I have a tricky one with my 30/25. it was running fine then i went to start it and now it is only running on 4 cylinders. the 2 cylinders closet to the firewall are dead. it has spark and injector pulse. changed injectors, coils around and no change. new plugs did nothing. plugs were wet and black. compression was 130 cold across all cylinders which seems low but has been like that for a few years. its a built engine with a link g4+ I guess a leak down test will be next. any ideas?

I know you said it has spark, are you sure there is spark at coil 5 and 6? with wet plugs you can probably rule out 5 or 6 injector or injector wiring

i removed plugs and had them sitting on the fuel rail and could see them sparking. 

also had a spare cas which made no difference

not sure if its related but this problem started after a roll start

Well, since you are pretty confident you have spark and fuel at #5 and 6, that leaves compression (other issues like timing would affect all cylinders)

I'd take the cam covers off and check the cams are OK.

looks like its a bent or stuck valve. just done a leak down test and it was pissing air out though a valve
