RB25DET hunting at idle, running rich and spitting at high RPM

Hey guys so my r33 gtst series 2 has been hunting on idle really bad but only happens every now and again. It’s gotten to the point where it almost bogs out sometimes and I believe the car is also running rich as it shoots flames and spits constantly when I rev at high rpms and when it does this it feels like I’m getting no power. Could anyone help me with what might be causing this

Blown off a cooler hose.

That's my guess out of my ass based on basically no info.

Give the air regulator a good cleaning

Check all intercooler pipes for leaks
Check all Vac lines for leaks
Use consult to check error codes
Clean and adjust IACV

Once done all that if not fixed find a quality mechanic that knows the platform

It's probably multiple issues, not just one. Check for vacuum leaks and boost leaks as others have mentioned. Also, generally speaking diagnosing issues in an EFI car without logs from the ECU is going to be a lot of wild guessing.

Also check spark plugs and coils, FPR flow pressure and pump.

But like others have said, its a chocolate wheel.....
