oil pump

Hi i have seen ads on ebay Speedmaster RB30 Billet Oil Pump w/ 4340 Billet Gears has anyone tried these pumps and are they any good i have seen them for sale elsewhere for over a thousand us dollars

Speedmaster have pretty much been just copying parts from all the other companies over the years. Quality has been poor on a few of their copied items.
I haven't used used one or know anyone with one of these but why risk it buy a genuine Nitto pump and be confident in that. Otherwise just buy billet gears from one of the other quality suppliers.

I would never risk an engine using cheap ebay parts.

Agreed, once you start doing your own work you realize just how cheaping out is actually more expensive in the long run.

And...cheaping out on an oil pump......one of the most critical components.  If it fails then the whole thing goes booommm!!!

I was wondering as i was thinking of rebuilding another engine for my vk holden i currently use a nitto pump in my r33 was just wondering if anyone had any info on them
