r33 washer bottle not running

my washer bottle on my r33 won’t run and i have no clue what it could be when i touch the wires with a multimeter the wipers move and when i switch it on with it plugged in nothing changes the motor on the bottle works because i got it to run once and have tried with a few different bottles does anyone know what this could be could it be?

Does it not sound like a wire or switch problem?

Have you not even broken out the wiring diagram and a multimeter to see what's happening?

the motor seizes up when old and not used alot. You can pull it apart and clean it up but, waste of time "cough" as I found it seizes up again. Get a new washer motor.
