RB25DE NEO in a C35 best first mods for power

Just recently got a C35 with 29,000kms on the clock verified and I am wondering what is the best first mods to gain some power I don't have much knowledge so please inlighten me and also list some common problems to look out for please

A full service of all fluids and filters should be the first thing. Never trust the service history of a 20 year old car.

Inspect all the vac lines and rubber couplers.

May be a good idea to do timing belt, tensioner and water pump.

Inspection of the driveline and suspension and once that's all good.

Have a plan of the end goal of the car as that will dictate the best way to modify the car. 

Depending on budget will also impact what to do.

Power mods for the 25de aren't really worth doing, better to turbo it at some point, c35 you end up changing nearly every part of the car though once you start to mod it.

Not really any common problems.

quite possible that a taxi company just forgot it in shed somewhere when it was new
