Weird noise coming from pedals and steering cross area, car is in first gear and handbrake is on for demonstration

Would the fact that the noise occurs when you let the clutch out, is periodic and appears to be at about engine rpm, not suggest that the noise is in the clutch, or possibly gearbox?

I feel like some metal is loose in the pedals area or above the pedals which vibrates and produces this noise when any kind of load is put on engine and rpms drop below 800, it can also be heard only once if I Put the car in first gear and release the clutch a little quick, in this video its constant because load is constant on engine as im holding the clutch at bite point
