Hey all

I'm putting together a r32 gtst at thr moment. I considered putting a 25 in it but everyone does that.

So at this stage I'm thinking I'll stick to the humble 20. Unless I can think of something to do that's a bit more funky I think ill just rebuild it.

I've seen this kit

https://www.spoolimports.com/engine-rebuild-kits/spool/nissan-rb20det-rebuild-kit-with-spool-h-beam-conrods-and-cp-forged-pistons?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIp62mmpfO_AIViZlmAh20PQrcEAQYAyABEgJLwPD_BwE

Is that decent value?

Happy to hear any other ideas

pending budget and what you intend to do with it have you considered a rb52/30, vq35/37 or LS conversion?
The VQ or LS may cost a little bit more initially to setup and get going but long term and parts availability good option. Parts everywhere and most repco has it on the shelf.

Ive done a LS conversion in my 33 for track.

To be honest i want to go abit more standard and make it a nice weekend car. Put it on historic rego etc.

I was considering the 2.4 ltr Rb20 with the 26 crank. But for the money isnt really worth the effort

Seeing stock/lightly modified skylines these days is cool.

The old reliable and proven rb25 hiflow, injectors and tune combo 220-230kw is good for the Sunday cruise car.

Especially if you already have a quick LS powered boat.
