PWR if you're rich, superb coolers OR Koyo, just works.

I would avoid that brand that's big in America and looks like rebranded eBay radiators with flashy marketing.

who might that be??

55mm Crossflow is what I got went from 42mm (i think) typical koyo

koyo was fine but started to struggle on my setup as I pushed it harder - above cooler change has done the job well since no probs

I've got a cross flow in mine from Race Radiators, it's a twin pass 55mm core. It was a fair bit more than a PWR but has a swirl pot and a few other things I wanted which you can't get off the shelf.

He's the Victorian agent for PWR and does their warranty stuff, he doesn't use their cores.

No idea if lever is better or worse, I've only every used the push down screw cap ones.

I run 1.3 bar cap on the race car and have got >130o coolant without blowing anything, not really recommended as best practice. Of course if you go higher pressure cap it is worth changing all water hoses to silicone and good hose clamps instead of the factory clips

(personal opinion) I prefer to run a 1.0 to 1.1 bar radiator cap, FWIW with my 1st motor (stock), I had a 1.1bar radiator cap using an off the shelf 42mm PWR radiator and the car was thrashed and cooled down for a good 10 laps on a near 40 degree day at Wakefield Park.

Water temp never went past 120 C (from memory) and no coolant was gurgling, albeit it did have a 25 row Setrab oil cooler. I even used the A/C on cool down laps lol.
