How hard a ride r the npg bridgestone coilovers though u dont say in your post are the damper adj too

Peter,

The ride in the NPGs are pretty soft, but thats pretty subjective.

I had a look through the NPG website and i believe the spring rates are FR: 9, RR: 7.

I am not 100% sure on these spring rates, but i have quoted the model numbers if you wanted to research it.

They aren't damper adjustable, only height adjustable.
